Mums and Bubs fitness group is in full swing for 2014! With your choice of up to 3 sessions a week it is a great way to get fit with your bub and meet other mums.
The groups included in the Mum’s and Bub’s program are Pilates with Prams, Booty Camp and our all new Aqua Booty class!
Pilates with Prams will help you regain your core strength and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles which are often damaged during pregnancy. Booty Camp is a cardio based work out that is child friendly and Aqua Booty is also a cardio based workout with strengthening exercises, done while your bub floats around with you in their baby water seat!
After speaking to some of the mums and personal trainers darwin who attend the classes they have said that their favourite part of the Mum’s and Bub’s program is working out with their bub, while their bub has a great time too!
Many would also recommend the class to any mums or expecting mums who are interested in fitness in a fun and social environment!
Darwin classes are held on Tuesday at 8.30am (Pilates with Prams), Thursday at 8.30am (Booty Camp) at the Darwin Surf Club – Lot 9316 Darribah Road Brinkin, and on Fridays at 1pm Aqua booty is held at NT Swim School – 12 Caryota Court, Coconut Grove.
Palmerston classes are held on Tuesdays at 8.30am (Pilates with Prams) and Fridays at 8.30am (Booty Camp) at the Salvation Army Hall- Corner of Temple Tce and Woodroffe Ave, Woodroffe.
