HG Fitness Darwin and the team would like to formally welcome Nathan into the fold! Nathan’s interest in fitness came about when he was around 17. Overweight and asthmatic, Nathan started running and soon became addicted!
He joined the army at 23 and went to a combat corp, being one of the fittest in the regiment. During this time he became my sub-unit physical training instructor and really enjoyed the challenge of training people.
After a number of years in the construction industry he realised his passion for fitness and is thrilled to be starting his training career with HG Fitness Darwin. Nathan’s promotes holistic health and wellbeing, and prefers bodyweight exercises, Trx suspension training, high intensity interval training and more recently pilates and boxing. Oh and of course running!!
