Regain your fitness and strength after pregnancy whilst also introducing your baby to the water.
A cardio based workout with strengthening exercises, done while bub floats around with you in their baby water seat.
Perfect for mums who wish to reintroduce themselves to fitness, with the support of the water environment.
Note, We are happy for you to begin when you feel you are ready. Oh, and the NT Swim School pool is saltwater heated to 32C for all year round comfort!
