Julie-Ann, (AKA ‘Jann’), developed a healthy obsession of all things health & fitness a few years ago. In early 2010, she found herself spiralling into bad habits with all work and no play, leading to a bad diet and no exercise. This saw her plagued with fatigue, weight gain, lacking confidence & letting life pass by. But she took back control; set goals, planned, worked out consistently & achieved her goals.
With renewed energy & a new found passion for exercise Jann studied to become a Personal Trainer through the AIPT Darwin. Jann prides herself on a holistic approach to training & is committed to helping you set, plan & achieve your desired health & fitness goals.
She is passionate about all things fitness & enjoys incorporating a variety of training techniques into her sessions. However, Running is her fitness weapon of choice!
In 2012, she completed her first half marathon & then went one better in 2013 by completing 3 full marathons. But she didn’t stop there. She also participated in the inaugural Bravehearts Adventure Challenge 7 marathons, 7 states, 7 days in October 2013 raising more than $10,000 for Bravehearts inc. to help protect, empower & educate Aussie kids. And she is going back for more 777 action in 2014!
